Motorcycle crash
A motorcycle claim can involve several separate questions: how the collision happened, what insurance may apply, and how the injury affected daily life. A traffic citation, a damaged helmet or a settlement offer answers only part of that picture. Describe what you know and distinguish it from what witnesses or insurers have told you.
- Photographs of the motorcycle, protective equipment and roadway
- Report number, witnesses and insurer correspondence
- Treatment dates and changes to work or daily activities
Location to identify: The place of the collision, fall or other event; the report number and issuing organization; and where any lawsuit was filed.
Ask a lawyer: Which policies and collision evidence should be reviewed before discussing an offer?
