CA Legal Help is an attorney advertising platform. CA Legal Help is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not evaluate, recommend, rank, or select attorneys. Participating firms are identified by name on their sponsored pages. Consumers choose whether to contact a participating firm, and each firm independently determines whether it can assist them.
Participating firms:
- Review and approve their sponsored advertising content
- Accept responsibility for their firm’s advertising
- Control their own intake and case-screening process
- Conduct their own conflicts checks
- Independently decide whether to accept representation
- Pay a flat advertising fee that is not contingent on securing a client
- Do not pay CA Legal Help a percentage of legal fees
Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no advertising, ranking, inquiry volume, retained client, or case outcome is guaranteed. The flat-fee structure is consistent with California Rule of Professional Conduct 7.2’s allowance for reasonable advertising costs.
